Download and print your 2009 Tax Organizer from the link below. This year's Tax Organizer has been updated and reformatted to address the most recent tax law changes for 2009. Please complete your Tax Organizer and deliver it to our office (via express mail, fax, email or drop off) with your supporting tax documents.

If you would like a Personalized Tax Organizer which has your prior year data which you can use as a reference, please contact our office. We can mail, email or fax it to you upon request.
Appointments are available from February 2nd through April 2nd.
An office visit is not required to prepare your tax return. Appointments are available to our clients who believe that their return has changed significantly from the prior year. If you still require an appointment, please contact our office.
NEW THIS YEAR We will need you to deliver to us your completed Tax Organizer and supporting documents one week prior to your appointment. If you receive any additional information after sending in your initial documents, please be sure to bring them with you on your scheduled appointment.
