Frank P. Nardi, CPA. ESQ.
With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Frank is both a licensed CPA and an attorney in New Jersey and New York. His accounting and legal background make him uniquely qualified to handle complex personal and business taxation, and financial planning issues. He also provides financial planning services to individuals and business clients as a licensed Independent Registered Representative.
Frank has served as president of the Accounting, Financial and Tax Professionals of New Jersey. He is currently a member of the National Society of Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Rocco N. Mazzo, PA
Rocco has over 35 years of public accounting experience. A New Jersey licensed public accountant, Rocco is an Enrolled Agent where he is licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and is an Accredited Tax Advisor. He specializes in the preparation of individual, partnership, corporate and estate tax returns. Licensed to provide investment services through a broker dealer, Rocco offers complete financial services for retirement planning, college planning and estate planning.
Rocco is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Tax Practitioners, the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the New Jersey Association of Public Accountants.
A graduate of Seton Hall University, Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
