With over 15 years of public accounting experience, Frank is both a licensed CPA and an attorney in New Jersey and New York. His accounting and legal background make him uniquely qualified to handle complex personal and business taxation, and financial planning issues. He also provides financial planning services to individuals and business clients as a licensed Independent Registered Representative.

Frank has served as president of the Accounting, Financial and Tax Professionals of New Jersey. He is currently a member of the National Society of Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

A fifteen-year veteran in the public accounting arena, Michael specializes in corporate accounting for small and middle market companies. Michael previously served as an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche, where he focused on both large and emerging companies in the manufacturing and service industry.

Michael is licensed to sell property, casualty, life and health insurance and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of Pace University, Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting. He is an adjunct professor at William Paterson University in New Jersey and is a senior writer for Inside Football, a New York Giants newsletter.

Rocco has over 30 years of public accounting experience. A New Jersey licensed public accountant, Rocco is an Enrolled Agent where he is licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and is an Accredited Tax Advisor. He specializes in the preparation of individual, partnership, corporate and estate tax returns. Licensed to provide investment services through a broker dealer, Rocco offers complete financial services for retirement planning, college planning and estate planning.

Rocco is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Tax Practitioners, the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the New Jersey Association of Public Accountants.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
