Joe joined the firm in September, 2007 after spending one year at Rogoff & Company, PC in Manhattan. Prior to his experience at Rogoff, Joe had been an equity partner at Oram, Yelon & Bernstein, P.C after having spent his first 8 years of his professional career growing from staff accountant through the ranks. Before his work experience, Joe graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting. Joe is a current member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.

Joe has worked extensively with small business clients in transitional periods of growth. Whether the project has been cost control, systems upgrades, personnel changes or merely a start-up, Joe has been described by his peers as the “go to” guy. While his practice includes tax preparation for his business and personal clients as well, his best days are working with the client in the client’s offices.

Holly has been with our firm since its founding. She originally started with one of the family businesses in April 1997. She manages the daily business and office operations of our firm. In addition, she works with a number of our business clients preparing payroll and sales tax returns, as well as, providing monthly and quarterly accounting and bookkeeping services.

Joe is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Joe is also a graduate of Bloomfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Traci is a graduate of Montclair State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business, majoring in Marketing. She is currently persuing a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Accounting so that she may sit for the New Jersey CPA exam.

Michelle is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has been with the firm since 2003. Michelle is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and assists clients with QuickBooks, payroll, sales tax, and various business aspects.
